J.A. Henckels International Eversharp Pro 3-Piece Stainless Steel Knife Set customer reviews: If Only.... First off I don't quite hate these knives... I do however dislike them quite alot. My wife brought these into our combined kitchen (she loves them)so I use them once in a while but on soft items like raw chicken they just pull and make a mess. I have some Nice henkles that I brought that live in the closet in the other room, when ever I am doing anything in the kitchen I take the walk to get them, Sharper and Safer IMHO then the eversharps. Plus the eversharps do not fell right in my hand... large butcher knife The tip of my knife broke and I was wondering if you would replace it? Great knife set Excellent, high quality knives at an exceptional price. Cuts finely and with very less effort. Nice for gift-giving I purchased this set for a wedding present. These were something that the couple had requested because they love Henckels knives. Not really good I had no idea that the "never needs sharpening" means that the blade is not smooth. I feel a bit difficult to use them.
