Rusty Grill I purchased this grill about 4 weeks ago. The handle and the area around the controls is already starting to rust. My grill is never exposed to the elements and Im not near salt water. If I was buying again I would make sure the stainless is "304" quality.

BTW WC Bradley is the parent of Thermos. Thermos Stainless grill vs. Charbroil I thought I was purchasing a Thermos stainless steel grill. What came was a Charbroil, with porcelin grates and not stainless steel. The burners ran vertical rather than horizontal. I have owned a Charbroil for 8 years and have disliked it since day one.
My hopes were that this all stainless steel grill by Thermos would be what I wanted, but since I didn't receive it, and havent used this one that I am returning. Its hard to review.
I just know that it is harder than heck to get back into the same box that it came in. Charbroil and Thermos are owned by the same company. Supposedly they are one in the same, just different names. Only Way To Grill This is my first grill. It was an absolute BREEZE to assemble and it fires up with no problem. I have been grilling all summer long on this and it is an utter dream. The inside has a ton of room to cook different foods at one time and the top rack is perfect for keeping food warm. I sometimes steam corn on the cob up there as other foods are cooking. I use the side burner as much as the grill. It is so convenient and being that the burner is on the left hand side, it’s perfect for south paws like my self. The side shelf is big enough to fit a big serving platter, and there is more storage on the bottom. For anyone wanting to purchase this grill, I say JUST DO IT. I bought mine at a Target store and not online, I didn’t want to wait for it :) Pleasant surprise We had looked a long time for a grill about like this one. We bought this one because it was close to exactly what we wanted and it was on sale at a big markdown.
The pleasant surprise was that it was so easy to put together and as one other person said, those first two screws are the hardest. After that it was much easier.
That grease pan with the smaller pan underneath is great and is an easy way to keep the grill clean.
In addition it is easy to clean what little there is to clean along the front and back edge inside. We just heat up the grill and wipe it down while warm.
We have used the grill once and it worked just fine. With three burners it is easy to control.
In the Sunday paper after the Friday we bought the grill it was on sale at a higher price than we paid but still lower than the regular price. We were watching the sales close to find a grill and got a good one for a good price at Target. Defective on arrival! I was disappointed with my purchase of the Thermos Stainless Steel Gas Grill. First, I bought it online and having it delivered is a hassle. The delivery company requires that you need to be there in person for the delivery and they schedule delivery in half-day blocks. I actually had to take a half day to clear my schedule just so I could be at home to receive my grill. When the grill finally came, there were several defective parts. First, there was a metallic attachment that was kinked off so the propane would be unable to flow into the grill. When I called to get the part replaced, I waited for over 2 weeks only to have them send me the incorrect part. Additionally, the cover of the grill would not close properly - it closed lopsided. Needless to say, I got fed up and returned the grill. Even that was a hastle. I am now going to spend a few more dollars to get myself a decent Weber grill.
