Oster Milkshake Blade customer reviews: Yummy! Works much better than the traditional blade for milkshakes. Best on a lower speed where blending is consistent. Did not pulverize chocolate chips that were in the ice cream--a good thing! Does not include a seal, so you must use the same one as for your regular blade or a new one if you have extras. Works Well I don't know if this is necessary to make a milkshake but we are very satisfied when we use it! for milkshakes/blizzards, this is better i bought the blender primarily for it's ice-crushing abilities....however, we like shakes on occasion; so, we thought we'd try this milkshake blade. it works great and makes a nice smooth shake. yea, you can get by using the ice-crushing blade (that comes with the blender) for shakes but this does a better job. i think it's a good product. Wonderful-make fluffy shakes I like this blade because it mixes faster and fluffier than the standard blade. Also eliminates the frequency of needing to stop the blender and push around ice cubes or frozen fruit to get the blades un-stick when items get stuck beneath blades. Fantastic! FAST shipping and the item is perfect. Finally, milkshakes at home like from the soda fountain or ice cream shop. This works MUCH better for milkshakes than the standard "ice" blade. The final product was smooth and as it should be. Very easy to attach and use with my Oster Party Mixer (12 speed). Would highly recommend for milkshakes over standard blade. Not sure it would have any other use, but then again, only bought for shakes.
