It is louder than any vac that I have had, but the performance is outstanding. Pretty Good for the Money I have owned this sweeper for several months now and for the money it works pretty well. I have had this vaccum for about a year and a half now. I bought it in a pinch. This thing has completely lost all suction , I see things on my carpet and I go over them again and again to see if she picks them up and nope!!! With two kids and three cats in the house I need to vaccum alot and it is just not doing the job. I wish I could afford a new one :( It is heavey and awkward, and the belt has also burnt up on me several times. I do like the attachment tube, and thats about it.
