Forschner by Victorinox 8-Inch Chef's Knife, Black Fibrox Handle handle is not as comfortable as my wustoff,but for the money, this is a really sharp knife.it is used very frequently! Noting to look at, but works great. Opening the package I was skeptical. It looked so plain with its stamped steel blade and molded handle. After using it once I could see why the ratings were so high. The blade is very sharp. The curve of the blade makes for a natural rocking motion for mincing. The fibrox handle always gives a sure grip even with slippery hands. My only problem with this knife was the fact that it was a bit too wide to fit in my knife block. No problem, it's worth going to the drawer for this knife. Awesome Knife This knife is a great value. Recomended by America's Test Kitchen and they know what they are talking about. It is sharp and balanced. Easy to clean. My favorite to use. Chef's Knife I LOVE this knife!!! It's the first knife I go for when I want to cut/chop anything. I returned a Henckels set b/c it didn't compare to the sharpness of this knife.
