A New Experience in Cutting      Clean, elegant, easy to use and clean, but this cutting board has an aesthetic appeal that goes beyond mere functionality. Clean lines, thinner than most boards, and the look and feel of wood without the practical (and bacterial) problems.
A joy to use.
Imbues hot food with chemical flavor      I bought this board at my Whole Foods store for many of the advertised reasons. It is easy to clean, nice to cut on, nice for presentation, etc. My problem with this board (I've had it for 6 months now) is that it transfers a strange chemical flavor to hot foods. It has ruined an entire pizza, loaves of bread and toast I was buttering. I've followed the break-in procedure (hot washing). I just think it stinks, literally. I will only use this to catch crumbs on my counter -I won't put foods on it anymore.
Excellent Cutting Board!      This is my favorite cutting board - I want it in multiple sizes and to ditch my plastic boards. It is thin and lightweight, very easy to clean, has stood up well to many many chopping sessions. It does not show knife marks, warp like natural wood can, and it's made of an environmentally responsible material. I often use this on top of my big fancy block board to keep the big board clean. Highly recommended.
Best cutting board out there      I've been using this product for as long as I can remember. I just recently picked up a new model and it works just the same as my old one does.
Excellent on knives, food safe and DURABLE. My old board is over 10 years old and still going strong.

Best cutting board I know of.      I've had three of these boards 2+ years. Unlike my corian boards, they don't dull my knives. Unlike my butcher block boards, I can put them in the dishwasher, and feel they can really get clean. Unlike the plastic boards, they are sturdy, AND relatively light -- making them possible to move with one hand while piled with food. I've never had any trouble with warping, chipping... anything... and I use them all the time. The ONLY downside I find is they are expensive. I'm asking for the big board with grooves for XMas.
