Chicago Cutlery 8-Piece Wine and Cheese Knife Set customer reviews: Excellent Value This cheese knife set is great for the price. The knives are sharp and cut through cheese effortlessly. The wood handles have no finish, so they are a bit grainy, and light in color. However, some mineral oil treatment darkened the color and smoothed the texture. The box and cutting board that came with the knives are a bit cheap, but for $15, who can complain? Good buy I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. The knives are quite sharp and work very well with different cheeses. Much more than I had hoped for at this price!
