Emerilware by Wüsthof 3-Piece Paring Set customer reviews: SUPER SET !!! This set is the most useful choice of paring knives for all prepping in the kitchen. They're balanced, sharp and an excellent price! Great Value Priced Set I am very happy with this set in use, looks and durability. These knives are light weight yet sturdy and well designed. More expensive forged knives would have somewhat stiffer blades. However, these knives work wonderfully for paring, peeling and cutting fruits and vegetables and other foods. I don't expect a set of knives in this price range to last a lifetime (despite the warranty) but they are clearly holding up fine for me over six months use. The small knife with the reverse or hooked point is sometimes called a bird's beak peeler. It is useful for removing thin skins from fruits. Notice that the other two knives have two different points as well. At the current price of $19.99 for a set of 3 they are a very good value and the set is also available as a 4-for-3 promotion offer. These knives are also sold individually.
