MIU Bamboo Cheese and Bread Board customer reviews: I wish I bought two of these great little board. surprising how hard bamboo is. My Grandmother LIked It I got this as a gift for my Grandmother for Christmas. She said she was looking for a cutting board after loosing her old one in a recent move. It's a solid board and the surface is quite hard and should resist the cutting of most knifes. The only thing I did not like about it was it's size. It's long enough but I think it should be an inch wider. Cracked after 5 months of used This bamboo board was great at first, but it CRACKED at the center after 5 months of used. and i only used it once awhile. Don't buy it.
