Monitored Drinking Water Fauce customer reviews:
|
Culligan's faucet mount filter We have owned this type of Culligan faucet mount filter for going on 9 yrs. now and I love it. We use it ALOT and besides buying the replacement filters, we've only had to replace the whole unit only once; which for us is really good. We had gone through MANY other brands of faucet-type filtration systems and the handle would always break off after only about a year. I know this is more expensive then some brands, but for us it was worth it and it does come with a 2 yr. warrenty and toll-free tech support number. The design is great because unlike some other brands it doesn't hang-down too far so that you can fit a water jug under it to fill or a large pot. Also I love the different flow settings for when the filter is not in use. The electronic gage is great so that you know when to replace the filter--those filters do last a long time. Changing the filter is a bit tricky because you don't twist off the monitor but rather pull it and then you have to re-set the monitor by way of a little button underneath it before you snap it on the new filter....it's really quit easy and quick to do. It filters the water and tastes just as good as bottled. We would never even consider looking at another brand or type of faucet-mount filtration system.
