My lil sis has these knives and when i'm over there i love using them to cook. perfectly balanced makes chopping slicing and any other function so effortless. Now i'm shopping for a set for myself. finally these knives are amazing. I don't have the strength in my hands that I used to and when I made my last roast, I was able to slice it all without any trouble. It was great. Excellent professional grade! These knives are great!!! They make cooking so much easier and fun. Just one suggestion, change the back edge of the knife near the handle so it is not so sharp. Should be a blunt corner. Other then that, they are great! Thanks Just LOVE LOVE LOVE I own the orange handle and metal handles. I was not really into bright orange knife handle at first, but had a huge change of heart. My Mom was helping me cook, and fell in loved with the soft bright orange knife handle. The grip fits our hands. Best part we could find the Bright Orange knife handle, it's hard to miss! We found our selves fighting over the Bright Orange knife handle. (Bought the bright orange handle set for my Mom) Great knife set I love this knife set. Very sharp and effective. They come in a very attractive wooden case with plastic sheaths for protection of the blades. Set also comes with a demo DVD and written information. Would definitely recommend.
