electrolux vacuum cleaner I like this vacuum very much - it REALLY cleans carpets well. I have
a dog and two cats and hair can be a problem but it disappears quickly
with the Electrolux. My only complaint is that the vacuum is heavy -

Basically the A at the end of the code signifies that the minimum package is included (low profile power nozzle for bare floors and low pile carpeting) which is probably fine for most people. Check that website out because there's a chart explaining everything. It's great that Amazon allows reviews but the information given for the product is not terribly helpful.
The oxygen3 provides a powerhead & Low profile power nozzle for all types of carpeting and bare floors. That's what I got and the powerhead is just that full of power, like a precise tornado funnel. A safety mechanism for the suction decreases only when there is extreme blockage.
So far I've had it for four months and it's been super. I'll update this later.
Expensive vacuum has been very disappointing We have had this vacuum for just about a year. Within a week of purchasing it, the connector between the wand and the canister unit broke. We were able to replace it with a new vacuum. Overall, I have been fairly pleased with the unit in terms of its suction ability, but design-wise, it is hard to stand the wand up on the motorized head without it tipping over. Seems like a small complaint, but this is very annoying. Most recently, the cord rewind part broke, so that it always wants to rewind, which means it often unplugs itself from the wall socket. This is VERY annoying. And also, the connector between the wand and the canister unit has become very wobbly and unsecure and I am concerned that it is going to break any day. We are not hard on our stuff, and the vacuum cleaner has not been used that often (just ask my husband). And our house is rather small! All in all, one would expect a higher quality product given the price. It is disappointing to think we will soon be faced with purchasing another vacuum. It will not be the same brand next time, unfortunately. buy it u will be happy you did very , very quiet , powerfull , no exaust . this is a incredable vac. , alittlle heavy but its proformance out weighs it all . So Glad I Bought It!! We just built a new house with mostly hardwood floors and my husband didn't want to spend money on a new vacuum. He thought a dust mop would work just fine on our new floors and thought our old uprights could do the rest of the work. Now . . . he's as sold on this combination vacuum as I am! There is absolutely no dusty emmission from the vacuum--just a good clean smell. As for the suction, it is marvelous. I've been doing some heavy duty cleaning over the past few weeks and this vacuum has been a delight. The design is very well thought-out and convenient. Some people have complained that the carpet powerhead only turns one direction and is difficult to handle. That is true--initially--but you soon learn how to handle it and now I don't think twice about it.
We purchased a refurbished model and it was worth every penny spent. The cord rewind did not work on the first vacuum we got but CPO Electrolux was wonderful about sending a replacement vacuum immediately. We have no complaints and would do it all again!
