Excellent Product for the Money
It's very quiet, doesn't vibrate, and blends into the ceiling. This low profile fan is excellent quality for the money.
Fine Product
This is a very fine product. It is very good looking. The "low Profile" in the name is appropriate. It is unobtrusive in the room and nice looking when it is noticed. Best of all it is amazingly silent. There is no sound coming from this fan except the whisper you get on the highest speed! Thank you Hunter.

Hunter ceiling-hugger fan(s)
We purchased and installed two identical ceiling-hugger fans made for Hunter to replace two fans we had from a different manufacturer because the Hunter fans are guaranteed not to wobble, are guaranteed for life, and are advertised as providing "whisper-quiet performance". Further, Hunter's e-literature states that they have "perfect balance self-adjusting blades", and that their fans are 90% pre-assembled and thus are "5 Minute fan[s]".
When the high speed is on you hear the whir of rapidly moving air, while the medium speed is indeed "whisper-quiet", and the low speed is silent.
Great Fan for the Money
I absolutely love this fan. It is very unobtrusive in looks, and very, very quiet when running in any of the 3 speeds.
Perfect fan, Perfect price!
I like this fan because it blends in with the ceiling and doesn't look like a big ugly ceiling fan with stupid looking ugly lights on it. No "fake" wooden blades. No ugly brass. It's about as "simple" as you can get, quiet as it could possibly be, and inexpensive. It is my opinion that ceiling fans should be "felt" and not seen or heard!
We put this in a guest bedroom and it replaced a hideous looking LOUD "Hampton Bay" from Home Depot that was quite frankly shameful. lol
My husband did not understand why I chose no lights on it until it was installed and he could see how much nicer the room looked just with lamp lighting and no ugly fan lights.
