Problem: it arrived broken. Amazon was not very helpful - they didn't have any more in stock. Dualit was semi-helpful. She spoke to many many many different people and has yet to receive her replacement part. So we'll see. But she said the chopper is "gorgeous." Great chopper! This chopper is of very good quality and very versatile. I used it to chop chicken and it did such a good job! The blade is very sharp and you need to be extra careful. Overall, I love it! Beats the Competition I have had a couple of mini-choppers, and this is head and shoulders superior. My previous products smashed things rather than chopping them. This little jewel creates perfectly chopped garlic and minced herbs. I plan to throw away my garlic press. Also it's low profile lets it fit into a very small space, yet it holds over 2 cups. I love it!
