Excellent product. 
This mixer is super powerful and does a great job.
I've had two problems, but the problems are minor and shouldn't prevent you from purchasing this model.
1. The spatula attachment occasionally pops off. I had this with my last Black & Decker mixer, too.
2. The locking part of the storage case is fragile and got damaged during shipping. I emailed B&D and they sent me a new case within a week.

Best Hand Mixer Out There
I have tried a few of these, but this mixer is the most powerful hand mixer on the market.
Fast & efficient
I love this hand mixer. When I first used it, I didn't use a proper mixing bowl so the mix went flying a little, so I reduced the speed & it was better. The next time I used it I used a different bowl - a stainless steel mixing bowl & even on high the mix stayed in the bowl. So if anyone had this problem you must check out the bowl u r using. It defines this in the instructions that come with the mixer. I also like the case it comes in. Everything is tucked away nice & neat.
Powerful
This is a reliable product, but you better have a large bowl! I learned the hard way, when I turned it on the lowest speed and my cookie dough sprayed all over. Haven't been able to use it on any other speed. Hard to hold on to. Better to get a base to attach it to.
