CFM HOME SMOKER BAG 11" x 19" customer reviews: Great flavor, generous size We love the flavor we get from the Grill Care product. It apparently only comes in the alder variety, which we use to smoke our own salmon and steelhead. A generous rub of zesty spices (BAM!) on both sides makes an unforgettable crust that enhances the smoke flavor. Delicious. The other thing that I find worthy of mentioning regarding the Grill Care product is the bag dimensions are prominently displayed on the packaging. 11" x 19" is perfect for a 2 lb. filet. Can the other guys hold one? With most - who knows? The Drake bags stated size in the website description was 6" x 11". OK for some things, but not a big fish (or the rack of ribs I would want in the hickory version).
