Quality and price was great. Wash and dry keep in a knife block or magnetic holder to keep edge sharp One of our favorite knives This is a great knife and was a great buy. Excellent for cutting vegetables (as the knife is meant for). Would suggest this knife (or the whole set) to anyone looking to upgrade from the cheaper department store knives, but are not ready to foot the bill for Wustof, Henkles or (my pref) Shuns.
