Hamilton Beach Hot and Cold Water Dispenser with Storage Compartment customer reviews: Cold Water Dispenser quit after 6 months, Replacement was bad, too Bought this in November at Target and the cold water dispenser suddenly stopped working one day the following April. The cooling cycle would run but no water could be dispensed. And the cold water dispenser was slow to begin with...Hot dispenser worked great! So I took it back to Target and they gave me a replacement of the exact same model. Got home, set it up and the cold water dispenser on the brand new replacement barely flows any water at all. I'll be taking it back, hoping for a full refund. Seems like the valve/pump/compressor on these things are bad. Don't buy this unless all you need is a hot water dispenser and some extra storage! Beware Broke within a few months. I didn't save my receipt so it was my loss. I would not recommend that anyone buy this product with so many others to choose from. broke after 2.5 months worked well for 2.5 months then stopped dispensing cold water. Customer service was useless. Only good news was it broke before 90 day Target receipt expired...got full refund from store. NO REPAIR CENTER !!! BUYERS BEWARE This product stopped cooling the water. I called the company they said, sorry sir, 1 year warrenty. I asked "where is your repair center" they said there isn't one !! I told them that was great .... for them. I WILL NEVER BUY A HAMILTON BEACH PRODUCT !! BUYERS BEWARE !!! Cold Water Stopped I had this water cooler for about 1 year, when the cold water stopped dispensing. The cooler worked, but the cold water just dripped out. The hot water continued being heated and flowed nicely. I think there's something wrong with the cold water pump or valves. It seems that lots of other people have this similar problem. So, I just ordered a Primo hot/cold water dispenser. I'll steer clear of Hamilton Beach from now on.
