12V 3 In 1 FLR Vacuum customer reviews:

Great This is the best little pick me upper I ever had. I am disabled and it is a great product for me.
Works great for the stairs This works great picking up cat hair on the stairs.
A real energy saver and eco-friendly too! This vacuum can be used as a floor vac, a dustbuster, or the dustbuster with the brush attached.
The suction works really good so far. It had minimal packaging: no styrofoam. The battery compartment has the number to recycle the battery right on the lid, and the manual claims that the vacuum runs on less than half the electricity it takes to run a lightbulb.
No doubt, it will save ME alot of energy compared to lugging out the canister vacuum, or a broom for quick cleanups in kitchen, bath, and CAR.
Meets my expectations I bought this to replace a broken shark stick vac. My requirements were: it had to be cordless and it had to convert to a hand vac. There are only a few models out that meet those requirements. My research led me to this one and I went with it due to overall value.
So far, I am very happy with this vacuum. It is not a whole house vacuum, so don't expect it to perform that way. For a stick vac, it has a lot of power and does a good job quick cleaning the hard kitchen floor, carpet, and stairs. It has a rough time with sticky rice or pasta on the kitchen floor (little kids don't always keep everything on their plates), but normally if I switch to use the brush rather than just suction it will pick that kind of stuff up with a couple passes. That's the only reason I didn't rate it a 5. I expected this to be an issue, so it doesn't bother me much. I also like being able to take off the hand vac portion only to quick clean the Cheerios and other items out of the cars! Hanging hook is a nice feature to quickly and conveniently store out of the way.
Make sure you follow the instruction out of the box. Charge for 16 hours+ before using, drain battery all the way to empty before plugging in again (even though you will lose some power before it drains completely, let it drain all the way until it's dead), and then plug in after every time you use it. I easily got 20 minutes out of the first charge and have been plugging the vac in every time after using since then so we always have full power available. Also, make sure you empty the canister after every use to keep it clean. Emptying takes less than 10 seconds.
We've only had this for about a month, but so far I am very happy with the features, power, and overall purchase. Hopefully it continues to perform well for many years.
Ready to buy my third I am about to buy my third vac. We use it for just about daily clean ups in the bathroom. It sticks away in the corner and it's quick and easy for quick cleans of the floor and rugs. Just about after owning it for about 2 years, the battery will not hold a charge any more. For 2 years, it works great. I am about to buy my third unless I can find a better replacement product. For the person who said it doesn't hold a charge, I am guessing it's over 2 years old or it wasn't charged right through out it's life. I have had two of them and they both acted fine for 2 years.
