Love It! This machine is super easy to use and makes excellent espresso. I love it, my family loves it, and even when I took it to work everyone in the office loved it. Great little machine I have had a couple of these now and use them often - everyday. Don't even go to the coffee shops cause mine are better, can make them just the way I like them. This machine does a great job. Received item was defective Well this maker was received defective, as water drained out of the bottom of the unit when it was turned on. Im still waiting for a replacement from acehardwareoutlet but will probably just go out and buy something else. Latte? I use this product everyday. Had one before & bought exact model to replace. Throw them out when they fry: don't bother w/more exepnsive models that need servicing or have bells & whistles. I like it..... I have owned about four of these and use them HEAVILY, like once a day, sometimes twice. They have lasted me about a year and a half or two years, which for forty some bucks works really well for me. When the steamer starts to peter out, you can try to poke it with pins and make it last another couple months, which I have done, but just get on Amazon and buy another one. It costs about 10 or 15 lattes from Starbucks......I will buy a 5th one when this one poops out.....
