Everything in the product description is completely accurate. I plan on buying more of the Rachel Ray set in the near future. You can tell, while holding and cutting these knives they are of very fine steel and there was no reservation on making an awesome product. Buy one of the two sharpeners that are made buy the same brand they offer for these sets, the knives do some a little dull (as do 90% of anything that cuts when you first buy it).
