Fernanda Birch End Rail Noodle Pastry Brd. customer reviews: Replaces I bought this for my Mom for Christmas to replace her 30 year old board that finally broke! She loves this one.....it's almost identical to the one she purchased 30 years ago! Quick shipping also! You will NOT be disappointed! This noodle/pastry board is larger than the picture makes it look. It's great for any job and I leave mine out all the time. It has a lip on the underside so it doesn't slide away from you when rolling dough, and a lip at the back side to keep flour from spilling off. The entire thing can be flipped over to use in reverse. Quality is very very good. These are very hard to find. You won't be disappointed. Poor quality control I love the board, but twice received a defective product. The first board arrived with one loose rail. Three of the four screws on the rail needed to be tightened, and one of the screw holes was stripped and unusable. I returned it and received a replacement which was missing two screws altogether! The product looks like exactly what I want, but I will buy it in person locally and pay more to ensure a usable board.
