The beloved chef Emeril Lagasse has teamed up with renowned cutlery company Wusthof to create Emerilware knives--a collection designed to deliver great performance without breaking the bank. Crafted in Wusthof's German factories, Emerilware knives feature blades that are laser-cut from high-carbon German steel. This material is durable, handsome, and stain-resistant, as well as excellent at retaining a sharp edge. Emerilware knife handles are ergonomic in shape with a nonslip grip and sport the Wusthof trident insignia at the end. All Emerilware knives are stamped on the blade with both the Emeril signature and the Wusthof logo, making them great gifts for Emeril fans. This Emerilware set includes a bamboo cutting board and an 8-inch carving knife for whole birds, roasts, and hams. The cutting board is fashioned from bamboo, which is both highly durable and easier on the environment than many hardwoods.
